5. Seller Conduct
- Communication: You must communicate professionally and respectfully with buyers and eSoftCode staff.

- Compliance with Laws: You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations related to your sales.
6. Intellectual Property Infringement

- Counter-Notification: If you believe a takedown notice was issued in error, you may submit a counter-notification.
7. Representations and Warranties
You represent and warrant that:

8. Indemnification
