There is an issue in MTNL broadband connection that everyone face. Some websites are not opening in MTNL Broadband connection. I have faced this problem and got a solution. So, I think to share it with everyone.
The solution is:
Open DOS with admin privilege (Run as Administrator)
Type: netsh interface ipv4 set subinterface "Local Area Connection" mtu=1400 store=persistent"
Press enter.
Now you can access any website on MTNL broadband without any issue.
Note: Ask your service provider for optimal mtu settings and then just replace 1400 to your mtu no. like if your optimal mtu is 1422 then ( mtu=1422)

Another way to solve this problem:
Open "Network & Sharing Center"
Right click on the connected network from Ethernet or Wi-Fi.
And Click on the Properties.
In the properties chose Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) and click on Properties button.
Select Obtain an IP address automatically.
Select Use the following DNS server addresses.
In the Preferred DNS server type 8.8.8.8
In the Alternative DNS server type 8.8.4.8 or 8.8.4.4
