Hello,
I teach life skills to the special ed high school students-not severely handicapped, but they will be doing manual labor the rest of their lives. So I'm starting a unit on how to decorate an apartment-most of them will live in group homes or apartments if they're lucky-and do it on a budget.I love doing the 'trash to treasure' thing, and have been out at the garage sales this morning looking for quirky, cheap items to make things from. Does anyone have any great ideas to share?
