I'm attempting to install OpenOffice 3.2.1 on Windows XP Professional Japanese, Service Pack 3, but am unable to. I'd really appreciate it if anyone can help.I can start the installer and choose my install options (i.e. which parts of OpenOffice to install), but upon attempting to continue beyond this point, the install fails, blocked by Windows DEP (I won't post the actual error message, as it's in Japanese). I've disabled DEP in the boot.ini file, but this doesn't solve the problem - instead, the install fails at the same point, but with an unspecified error, rather than a DEP-related one.
Please help.
